What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. All cut out orders are considered custom and they are made for each order, due to this these orders are final sale only. Though Exchanges can be made for same items if damaged by shipping or outside entity.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and processing times, processing times are at the top of the main home page and may change daily please take this into consideration when ordering, definetly order atleast 2 weeks prior as schedules fill up quickly.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in house. We carefully select our material vendor partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value Though the availabilty may vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase it will be located on the checkout page before you pay for your order . Use Code SAVE5 to save 5% on your order.
My order is damaged, what do I do?
IF your order arrives damaged by shipping contact us within 24 hours to report a claim to the respective Third party shipping service, all orders include insurance up to 150$ on most orders. Shipping companys can be very rough with our packages and damages to corners, limbs, hands ,smaller pieces may be bent, folded creased from miss handling. Please contact us immediatly to file a claim and remedy your order.
Printing issues, My print is wrong?
If your print arrives blurry , discolored or distorted please contact us immediately so we can review your order, your submited files and send a replacement.
